In recent years, because of its advantages of high efficiency and easy operation, supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) continues to develop. SFC uses supercritical fluid as the main mobile phase.


The advantages of using carbon dioxide as a carrier are huge, reducing the use of expensive and harmful organic solvents. With SFC, solute diffusion is faster than with traditional HPLC techniques.

ASATM preparative chromatographic columns are available in two lengths: 40cm and 70cm, with maximum loading beds of 15cm and 35cm, respectively. The inner diameter of the column is 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm and 101mm. Water bath jacket with accurate temperature control can also be installed according to customer requirements.
