CHROMASOL JADE WP

CHROMASOL JADE WP is a wide pore column with C18reversed-phase media of particle size 5 μm having 300Å pore size and surface area 116 m2/g and carbon loading of 7.7%. This column is useful for fast separation and analysis of large molecular weight proteins, peptides, biosimilars or compounds with high hydrophobicity. These columns have superior performance characteristics and stability. A typical chromatogram along with an illustration as applied to some of the proteins is shown.
