Leadership Team
Sanjay Mehta (MD): MBA
Worked for approx 20 years in the US for Black & Decker, G.E, Philips, and W.R. Grace & Co., Discovery Sciences Group in varying roles in Supply Chain, M&A, Sales & Operations Planning. He was the Sales & Operations director Of Discovery Sciences. Started RiKi Global in 2016 by representing HiChrom. Sanjay manages Sales, Business Development, and Marketing covering India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, and other export countries. Additionally, he also handles all business related to sub-dealers and sales partners
Hema Mehta (Director): MBA
Worked for approx 20 years in Projects & Sales and Finance Operations in the US for Nordstrom, Black & Decker, and Stanley Black & Decker. Prior to RIKI being formed she was the General Manager of KIM’s Hospitals, a 1,000 bed all-speciality hospital in Hyderabad. Hema manages all functions linked to sales operations, finance/accounting along with HR and I.T
